Qualifikationen

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Respond to client/bookers questions about property facilities/services (hours of operation, rates, room types, packages).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email and coordinate with internal teams.
