Job summary

Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Roanoke is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the property’s sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, process lead information, and assist with reservations and group bookings.

Ideal candidates have hotel and sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while embodying the PEACH values. Travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Hotel and sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer calls, process lead information, and maintain files.
• Interact with group and business travel customers to qualify potential customers.
• Enter rooming lists, monitor pickup, and manage reservation changes for group bookings.
• Assist with RFP responses, proposals, contracts, BEOs, and meeting arrangements.
• Support Director of Sales with reservation requests and group master account creation.
• Manage group files and ensure signed agreements are uploaded for all bookings.
