Job summary

Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Roanoke is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to connect with customers, support the property sales team, and deliver exceptional experiences. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, qualify leads, and assist with group reservations and events.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer calls, process lead information and reservations.
• Qualify group and business travel customers via in-person, email, and phone.
• Communicate room block status, enter rooming lists, monitor pick up, manage changes.
• Assist with RFP responses, proposals, contracts, BEOs, and meeting arrangements.
• Support Director of Sales with reservation requests and group master accounts.
• Manage group files and uploaded signed agreements for all bookings.
• Create printed/electronic collateral and participate in Sales Department meetings.
• Coordinate meeting room setup and assist with catering/breakfast requests as needed.
