Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Sales Coordinator at Renaissance Allentown for full-time coverage. The role provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Department and assists the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers with day-to-day sales activities.

You will help coordinate group business, maintain accurate sales information, communicate with clients and hotel departments, and ensure a positive guest and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers.
• Assist with group bookings, rooming lists, group pickup information, VIP arrivals, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate and organized sales files, contracts, correspondence, and other documentation.
• Enter and update group and client information in hotel sales systems.
• Prepare reports, welcome letters, meeting materials, correspondence, and other sales documents.
• Monitor upcoming groups and communicate important information to appropriate hotel departments.
• Assist with client communication, follow-up, and coordination of group details.
• Answer telephone calls and emails professionally and respond to client and guest inquiries.
• Assist with Sales meetings, including preparing materials and taking meeting minutes as needed.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure group and event information is communicated accurately and timely.
• Provide friendly, professional service to clients, guests, and team members.
• Assist with general organization and daily operation of the Sales Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
