The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of hotel experience, solid computer skills, and the ability to multitask and work long hours. Training and meetings are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive hotel-related experience preferred.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email messages.
• Prepare BEOs for catering needs.
• Assist with daily operations of the Business Center.
• Greet guests/clients/employees.
• Attend meetings/trainings as required by management.
