Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with hotel standards.
• Verify amenities, furnishings, and fixtures are present and in good condition.
• Document and report maintenance issues or discrepancies to maintenance and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with housekeeping for rooms to be ready for occupancy.
• Maintain records of inspection results and follow up on corrective actions.
