Shamin Hotels, Inc. is seeking Hotel Room Attendants to keep guest rooms spotless, comfortable, and welcoming across our Richmond-area properties. You’ll be part of a close-knit housekeeping team, staying active on your feet and making a real difference in guest experiences.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. We offer opportunities to grow within our 80+ hotels, with daytime shifts and supportive colleagues who value your contributions.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in hotel rooms.

Responsabilités

• Make beds and prepare fresh guest rooms.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies, and replace linens.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and keep assigned areas looking their best.
• Report maintenance needs and follow cleaning and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning products safely and follow company guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly and assist teammates as needed.
