Springhill Suites - Richmond Hill is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable rooms and public areas for guests. You will assist with linen changes, room preparation, and responding to guest requests in a friendly manner.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, dust, vacuum, and restock room supplies.
• Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments.
