Shamin Hotels is hiring a Hotel Houseperson to help keep guest rooms and shared areas clean and welcoming. You’ll deliver fresh linens, support room attendants, and help maintain hallways and public spaces with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

We offer full-time or part-time hours, daily shifts, and opportunities to grow from this frontline role into supervisory or inspector positions as our Richmond area portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• Being dependable and punctual for shifts.
• Ability to stay on your feet during shifts and move around the hotel.
• Good time management to keep spaces clean and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms by removing used linens, towels, and trash.
• Deliver fresh linens and supplies to support room attendants.
• Keep hallways, elevators, stairways, and shared areas clean and welcoming.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture and fixtures, and clean windows and surfaces.
• Stock and organize linen closets and supply areas.
• Follow safe cleaning practices and report maintenance needs.
• Greet guests warmly and lend teammates a helping hand.
