We are currently looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team at our Homewood Suites, a Universal Partner Hotel just minutes from Orlando fun. Located off I-4, we're one mile from Universal Orlando Resort. Our Homewood Suites offers 122 guest suites, an outdoor pool, hot tub, sports court, fire pit, and grills. Guests enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast daily and an evening social on Wednesdays. Buffalo Lodging Associates, an award-winning hotel management company, owns and manages this property.

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role

1. Clean rooms/suites as assigned, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service, including cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.
2. Report discrepancies and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
3. Respond promptly to guest requests, providing excellent customer service.
4. Work shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
5. Shift hours are approximately 8 am to finish, about 8 hours, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
6. Rate of Pay: $16.00 per hour.
