Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms for occupancy following Naples Hotel Group standards.
• Maintain housekeeping cart with necessary supplies.
• Report room status and any maintenance issues or shortages.
• Greet guests warmly during your shift.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attire.
• Follow procedures for lost and found items.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve requests or issues.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, including emergency procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, push, lift (up to 50 pounds), and pay attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of pre-hire drug and background screening.
