Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Room Attendant to support housekeeping across guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring cleanliness and comfort per Sonesta standards.

You will handle linens, restock supplies, and assist with laundry duties while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction. Excellent English communication and physical ability are required; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred.
• Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all housekeeping interactions following G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure corrective actions for satisfaction.
• Clean and service assigned rooms and areas per standards (beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms).
• Notify supervisor when service is complete to allow room turnover.
• Assist in laundry tasks, monitor supplies, and operate washers/dryers as needed.
• Report damages or unsafe conditions to supervisor and promote teamwork.
