Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a Corporate Manager of Revenue Strategy to drive revenue management across assigned hotels. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, revenue analysis, and optimizing demand through analytical tools and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate thrives on data-driven decisions, market insight, and maximizing profitability and market share, with travel to hotel markets as needed.

Qualifications

4–5 years of direct revenue management experience; Marriott or Hilton experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide daily revenue management support to maximize market share and profitability.
Use revenue systems to analyze pricing, inventory, and demand patterns.
Review market data daily and share updates with hotel leadership and sales teams.
Forecast, budget, and pace reports; present findings in revenue meetings.
Monitor economic trends affecting hotel demand and adjust strategies.
Develop displacement models for large group programs and Ecommerce guidance.
Analyze bookings, promotions, and RFPs to optimize sales opportunities.
Track occupancy, ADR, and REVPAR; support underperforming hotels.
