Job summary

Parx Casino is seeking a Sales & Revenue Manager to drive proactive sales and data-driven pricing strategies for the casino-hotel property. The role focuses on maximizing RevPAR, ADR, and guest spend through integrated revenue management and group/corporate sales initiatives.

Onsite position, collaborates with Marketing, Hotel Operations, F&B, and VIP teams to optimize distribution, negotiate rates, and close corporate accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of combined hotel sales and revenue management experience, preferably in a casino hotel.
• Advanced proficiency in OPERA Cloud PMS and Revenue Management Systems (GuestREV/Rainmaker).

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic pricing, LOS controls, and inventory strategies across transient, group, corporate, and OTA channels.
• Collaborate with Casino Marketing to configure player segment rules and gaming tier room calendars.
• Lead revenue analytics by monitoring pace, trends, and competitor pricing.
• Align sales, operations, and VIP services to ensure smooth group arrivals and stays.
