Job summary

Hospitality Confidential seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead dining operations at a full‑service resort. You will manage restaurant, bar, kitchen, events, and seasonal programming with a hands‑on leadership style.

You will mentor staff, drive service and food standards, and partner with executive leadership on budgets, scheduling, and guest experience. This is a year‑round, on‑site role that requires flexibility during seasonal peaks.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hospitality or food and beverage industry experience.
• At least two years of front‑of‑house management experience.
• Formal hospitality management training through education or on‑the‑job experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the resort’s restaurant, bar, kitchen, and events operations.
• Develop staffing, training, and performance management programs.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, labor, and costs of goods sold.
• Collaborate with cross‑department leaders to ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide real‑time coaching and maintain standards during service.
