Qualifications

• Previous serving or food & beverage experience preferred, hotel restaurant experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Montana Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per Montana state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting and resetting.
• Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit, and room charge transactions.
• Coordinate with hotel front desk and concierge staff to accommodate special guest requests.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance standards.
