You will work with banquet captains and kitchen staff, ensuring timely service, proper food handling, and guest satisfaction. Prior hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor.
• Greet guests professionally and provide friendly, attentive service throughout each event.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and desserts efficiently and accurately.
• Refill beverages, clear dishes, and maintain a clean and organized event space.
• Work closely with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure successful event execution.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Tear down banquet rooms after events and return equipment and supplies to designated storage areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting banquet equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
