Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe a plus).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
• Monitor food storage, freshness, and proper labeling to minimize waste
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries as needed
