Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a hotel restaurant preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

• Menu and beverage knowledge (ingredients, allergens, wine basics).
• POS proficiency (Silverware / Symphony / Micros) and basic math for payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu guidance and beverage recommendations.
• Enter orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen/bar teams.
• Serve food and drinks according to brand standards.
• Process payments, room charges, and handle cash responsibly.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and explaining dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and service areas.
• Provide hotel information (amenities, local attractions) when guests ask.
