Job summary

Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore in Tampa, FL is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, timely transportation between the hotel and the airport, greeting guests and ensuring a positive first and last impression.

You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform basic safety checks, assist guests with luggage, and communicate with front desk for delays or special requests. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift luggage (typically 25–50 lbs) and assist guests.
• Familiarity with local roads, airport terminals, and traffic patterns.
• Professional, courteous, and reliable demeanor; hospitality mindset.
• Experience operating vans, minibuses, or similar vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests safely to and from the airport or designated locations, following routes and schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet guests, assist with luggage, and answer questions about hotel services or local area.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure shuttle is presentable and stocked.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues.
• Adhere to traffic laws, hotel policies, and airport regulations.
• Monitor flight schedules and adjust pickups to ensure timely service.
• Communicate with front desk/management about guest needs or delays.
• Assist guests with mobility needs and loading assistive devices if required.
• Document mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs as required.
