Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking an enthusiastic food and beverage team member. You will greet guests, present menus, make recommendations, and handle orders with care using the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed.
• Present menu, answer questions, and suggest options.
• Memorize menu selections and wines, including specials.
• Use proper etiquette and serve guests promptly.
• Record orders accurately and relay to kitchen/bar via POS.
• Monitor guests and fulfill requests; ensure timely checkout.
• Total bills and process payments or direct to cashier.
• Brew coffee, portion desserts, and assist with service areas.
• Clear and reset tables after each course.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and safety standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and inform team as required.
