Welcome to Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality. We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment at our landmark property in Tampa.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, describing the menu, taking orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar, and ensuring accurate billing while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Prior food service experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Ability to describe menu items and sell through conversation.
• Excellent communication with guests and team.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant for service and maintain pre-shift readiness.
• Greet guests and guide them through the menu with descriptive selling.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Present bills promptly and resolve guest concerns professionally.
