OHM operates hotel dining at Doubletree in Aurora, CO. We are hiring a part-time Hotel Restaurant Server/Cocktailer to greet guests, suggest menu items, and ensure a smooth dining experience while complying with liquor laws.

You will handle orders, process payments, buss tables, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience and legal age to serve alcohol required; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly.
• Offer menu suggestions and answer questions with knowledgeable advice.
• Ensure responsible beverage service in compliance with liquor laws.
• Accurately take and serve food/drink orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guests' needs, including bussing and resetting tables.
• Prepare non-mixed drinks, soups, and salads.
• Process payments and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience.
