Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel Night Audit & Guest Service Agent in Aurora, CO. The role requires handling daily audit procedures, wake-up calls, cash handling, and preparing the front desk for day shift.

You will serve as the on-duty guest service supervisor during night hours and participate in training sessions. Expect a dynamic hospitality environment, strong leadership and communication requirements, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit procedures and reports.
• Verify and manage wake-up call requests.
• Balance cash receipts and deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the daytime shift and reset the day’s business.
• Greet guests as the Guest Service Representative and supervisor on duty during night hours.
• Participate in front-office meetings and training programs.
• Adhere to company policies and deliver excellent guest service.

Location: Doubletree Hotel by Hilton, Aurora, CO

• Perform all daily audit procedures and reports as per OHM and hotel standards.
• Verify and manage wake-up call requests.

• Serves as the Guest Service Representative and supervisor on duty during nighttime hours.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education & Experience:
