Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hotel's restaurant.
• Drive profitability through revenue, cost control, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, floor support, events, and reservations.
• Develop and manage staffing schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
