Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead operations across our hotel's dining and event spaces. You will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding Montage's standards of service and cuisine.

You will oversee daily F&B activities, mentor leaders, manage costs, and partner with departments to deliver exceptional experiences for guests and associates alike. Weekend/holiday coverage expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of previous Food & Beverage supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and figures from computer systems.
• Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Embrace technology and adapt to new operating systems.
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership on food and beverage concepts.
• Drive profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement.
• Interact positively with guests to promote facilities and services.
• Resolve opportunities to the satisfaction of involved parties.
• Maintain cross-department communication to ensure guest service needs are met.
• Oversee staffing and training of leadership personnel within the division.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and workplace standards.
