Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant and hotel operations with energy and enthusiasm. You will oversee guest interactions, ensure service excellence, and partner with culinary teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.

As a leader, you will Inspire and develop a team of hospitality professionals while driving revenue and controlling costs, all with a strong guest-first focus across Crescent properties in North America.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
• A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
• Must have Food Handler and TIPS certifications
• Food Manager certification a plus.
