Job summary

Atrium Hospitality at the Dallas Fort Worth Embassy Suites in Grapevine, TX is seeking a restaurant supervisor. You will lead and train staff, schedule shifts, and resolve guest concerns to deliver exceptional experiences from arrival to checkout.

The role requires 2+ years in restaurant service with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, plus food safety and alcohol awareness certifications. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety certification (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist servers and other staff to keep service smooth.
