Job summary

Atrium Hospitality at Dallas Fort Worth Embassy Suites in Grapevine, TX is seeking a part-time banquets server. You will set up and break down event spaces, including linens, settings, and A/V, and serve food and beverages with attention to timing and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean banquet areas throughout the event cycle, assisting the event contact, and following food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and A/V equipment.
• Serve food and beverages with a focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs with professionalism, supporting the event contact throughout the function.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
