Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a part-time Banquet Server for the Dallas Fort Worth Embassy Suites in Grapevine, TX. You will set up and break down event spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups is required. Certification in Food Safety and Alcohol will be completed within 90 days. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces per Banquet Event Orders, including linens and A/V.
• Serve food and beverages with focus on timing and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs with professionalism and assist the event contact.
• Follow food safety and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
