Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurants General Manager for Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, CO. You will oversee front-of-house operations, train staff, and lead service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a hotel restaurant setting.

The role requires minimum two years in food and beverage management, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; post high school education preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage management experience in a similar size operation.
• Ability to lead front-of-house team and manage payroll.
• Willingness to work PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house operations for the restaurant/hotel.
• Provide training, direction, and hands-on support to staff.
• Direct associates and supervisors to accomplish F&B goals.
• Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages and safety/hygiene compliance.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive environment.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet business objectives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing the front of house operations for the Restaurants / Hotel.
• Providing training, direction, supervision and hands on support
• Direct associates and supervisors to accomplish goals and objectives of the food and beverage operation
• Ensure the proper preparation of food and beverages to the satisfaction of our guests, brand and ensures all safety, health and hygiene requirements are consistently met
• Hire and Train service staff
• Ensure direct and facilitate communication, engagement and conflict resolutions as needed by the team to ensure a positive associate environment.
• Processes bi-weekly payroll
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate, post high school education and degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage management experience required . Should be in a similar size restaurant operation
