Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
One year of customer service experience.
Must be able to pass a typing test of at least 30 wpm.
Must be available to work all three shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license to meet employment eligibility requirements.
Previous reservation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Answer phones with a friendly, scripted greeting and provide first-class service.
Maintain knowledge of all properties and amenities and respond to guest questions.
Obtain reservation information quickly and accurately from callers; process bookings and modifications as needed.
Upsell hotel outlets and services to guests.
Create, verify, modify, or cancel room reservations and process online bookings.
Assist Players Club Members with offers and promotions.
Work with reservation systems to maintain up-to-date guest information.
