Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and beverage orders from customers.
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Operate POS (Micros), make change accurately, and issue receipts to customers.
• Understand and follow all department policies, specifically, the MICROS POS policies.
• Remain attentive to guests throughout the dining experience, adhering to guest service standards.
• Complete restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening/closing side work.
• Set up tables, trays and carts.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait station, and kitchen service area.
• Promote and sell products and the amenities of the casino.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and present a positive demeanor.
