Job summary

Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mount Pleasant, MI, is seeking a courteous Valet Attendant to safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles and assist with doors and mobility devices. You will work under the Transportation Supervisor and participate in daily pre-shift briefings.

The role emphasizes guest service, punctuality, adherence to safety policies, and ability to operate CVPS software, with the team maintaining front entrance appearance and complying with attendance and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check to meet employment eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a safe and secure manner.
• Assist guests with opening/closing doors and loading/unloading mobility devices.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest concerns.
