Job summary

The Harrison Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Inspector to assess hotel properties and services against established standards. The role emphasizes meticulous observation, strong organization, and clear communication with leadership and staff.

You will document findings, identify health and safety risks, train staff on quality assurance, and help implement QA protocols across multiple locations in Ocean City, Virginia Beach, Corolla, North Carolina and Jacksonville, Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect hotel properties and services to ensure standards.
• Document findings and provide feedback to leadership and staff.
• Identify health and safety risks or violations.
• Monitor operations and recommend improvements.
• Provide training to hotel staff on quality assurance.
• Develop and implement QA protocols.
• Analyze guest feedback to adjust QA protocols.
• Act as liaison between leadership, staff, and guests.
