Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services for hotel operations.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Assist with purchasing activities per Hyatt procurement policies.
• Support inventory management and monthly audits of liquor and wine stock.
• Oversee receiving and storeroom operations; process invoices and daily requisitions.
• Deliver packages; maintain a clean loading dock and receiving area.
• Collaborate with department leaders to meet operational needs.
