Job summary

Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Hotel Public Area Attendant to keep all public areas spotless and welcoming. You will dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain lobbies, corridors, lounges, meeting spaces, and restrooms to ensure a pristine environment for guests.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and excellent guest service skills. You can expect shift flexibility and collaboration with housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, lounges and restrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust designated areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Keep entryways and outdoor spaces clean and debris-free.
• Assist in maintaining housekeeping carts and support housekeeping team.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and adhere to safety protocols.
