Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant to join our team in Miami. You will work as part of a small hospitality-focused crew, performing maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

This role requires teamwork, flexibility, and reliability; training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist within the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: respond to work orders and perform preventative maintenance, including carpet cleaning and light electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Inventory: manage maintenance supplies and place orders as needed.
• Housekeeping support: prep rooms for housekeeping, remove linens, dispose trash, and move furniture as required.
• Emergency procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security.
• Other duties as assigned.
