• Maintenance: complete work orders and preventative maintenance, including light electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Inventory: manage maintenance supplies and assist with purchasing.
• Housekeeping prep: ready rooms for housekeeping by removing linens and organizing spaces.
• Emergency procedures: follow property safety protocols and ensure guest security.
• Guest services: assist with after-hours check-in/check-out and respond to guest needs.
• On-call: be available overnight to support the property and guests.
