Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Manage work orders and preventative maintenance; light electrical/plumbing tasks; PTAC cleaning and general upkeep.
• Inventory: Maintain maintenance supplies and place orders.
• Housekeeping: Prep rooms for housekeeping, move items, review maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
