Responsibilities

• Maintenance: manage work orders, preventive maintenance, light repairs and upkeep of public areas.
• Inventory: maintain stock of maintenance supplies and place orders as needed.
• Housekeeping support: prep rooms for housekeepers, remove linens and manage upkeep tasks.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
