Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville is seeking a food prep/kitchen team member to prepare and deliver menu items with attention to guest satisfaction. You will maintain a clean prep area, follow recipes, and assist guests as needed to ensure a warm, welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, able to operate POS and kitchen equipment, and ready to contribute to a high-service environment at our Knoxville location.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English.
• Ability to operate machines and equipment used, including POS software and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members; maintain professional demeanor.
• Supports bartender but does not pour alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to clean and maintain assigned areas.
• Ability to move around bar and kitchen area efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food products according to recipes and as orders require.
• Maintain a clean, organized prep area and equipment.
• Deliver food to guests and assist as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote Drury culture through hospitality and teamwork.
