Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville is seeking a bartender to open and close the Kitchen+Bar, maintain prep and bar areas, and serve guests with integrity and hospitality. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and provide guests with a high level of service in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires 21+ with bartending experience; supervisory experience is preferred. The position offers career growth, mentorship, and hotel perks including discounts and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year of bartending experience required.
• Two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks quickly.
• Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed.
• Requires ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications.
• Ability to handle money and operate cash registers and POS.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies.
• Maintain the food prep and bar areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Serve guests and promote Drury hospitality and service.
• Answer questions about the hotel, area, and events.
