The technician will be responsible for preventative maintenance on various mechanical equipment throughout the hotel, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace. The successful candidate will possess proficiency with hand and power tools and must have a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar mechanical maintenance role.
• Ability to read and interpret property blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand, power, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment throughout the hotel.
• Identify problems, initiate work orders, and complete assigned repairs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
