Job summary

Frontline Performance Group (FPG) is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to be the property-level performance expert for IN-Gauge across a portfolio of hospitality clients. You will engage with General Managers and senior leaders to understand goals, adoption, and opportunities, translating data into actionable recommendations.

You will lead monthly or quarterly business reviews, drive adoption, and empower frontline teams to improve execution and incremental revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel operations, hospitality CS, account management, consulting, or related role.
• Hands-on hotel/hospitality operations experience required.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to customer properties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as property-level performance expert for IN-Gauge across assigned portfolio.
• Analyze performance data and provide clear recommendations to hotel leaders.
• Build credibility with General Managers and Program Champions.
• Drive adoption, accountability, and frontline execution.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and maintain proactive communication.
