Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Consultant to work with the Franchise Performance Support team, driving guest experience and hotel operations improvements. You will analyze performance data, develop action plans, and train hotel staff across multiple disciplines.

The role requires 5–7 years in hotel operations with consulting and group facilitation experience, and you will travel up to 30% while residing in the Denver, CO area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, HR, or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive work-related experience in hotel operations or equivalent.
• Experience in consulting and group facilitation is highly desirable.
• Expertise across operations, product/quality, service, F&B and people tools/processes.

Responsibilities

• Consult with key clients to address performance gaps in product/quality, service levels, F&B, staff morale and training needs.
• Prescribe programs and tools to support performance initiatives and strategize implementation.
• Analyze hotel performance data to develop insights and root-cause analysis for improvement.
• Develop SMART hotel action plans with next steps to drive guest experience and operations.
• Communicate results to FPS team and align on follow-up actions.
• Train hotels on brand and guest service behaviors and capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to brand HR tools and programs and assist GM with implementation.
