IHG Hotels is seeking a senior consultant to partner with Franchise Performance Support in driving guest experience and hotel operations improvements. You will analyze performance data, develop SMART action plans, and lead training for brand standards across multiple properties.

The role requires 5–7 years in hotel operations or consulting, with strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills. Involves up to 30% travel and remote work from Denver, CO.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management, HR, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years progressive work experience in hotel ops or related consulting roles.
• Proven mastery in operations, product/quality, service, F&B, and people tools/processes.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to develop trust with hotels.

Mansioni

• Consult with key clients to address performance gaps in product/quality, service, F&B, and staff morale.
• Prescribe programs and tools to support performance initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Analyze hotel performance data to develop insights and root-cause analyses.
• Develop SMART action plans to drive guest experience and operating performance.
• Train hotels on brand and guest service behaviors and capabilities.
• Coordinate with FPS to deliver needed support and ensure effective program management.
