Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst / Paymaster to join our Dallas-based Shared Services team. The role focuses on high-volume, multi-state payroll processing in Dayforce from start to finish for an assigned hotel property.

Responsibilities include data collection, time validation, processing, auditing, discrepancy resolution, reconciliations, and post-payroll activities. Some travel to properties may be required to optimize end-to-end payroll operations.

Qualificações

• Three to five years of multi-state payroll experience in a corporate or hospitality environment.
• Experience processing payroll in Dayforce is highly preferred.
• Hospitality payroll experience, including union and non-union environments, is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll auditing, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and financial controls.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the dedicated end-to-end payroll owner for an assigned hotel property and adapt to its operations.
• Travel to hotel properties as needed to learn processes and support transitions to Shared Services.
• Document, standardize, and refine the end-to-end payroll process for the property and expand to others.
• Manage payrolls from start to finish, including data collection, time validation, processing, auditing, and final submission.
• Collaborate with hotel Finance teams and supervisors to secure complete payroll data.
• Monitor deadlines and resolve missing or inaccurate information before cutoffs.
• Process payroll for multiple properties including wages, tips, benefits, garnishments, and off-cycle payments.
• Review time data in Dayforce WFM prior to submission and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct pre-payroll and post-payroll audits to identify errors and improvement opportunities.
• Research, analyze, and resolve payroll discrepancies and root causes.
