Qualifications

• Experience in account management, partner or client success, consultative sales, hospitality, travel, or related field.
• Proficient in English with clear, persuasive communication.
• Ability to analyze data, market trends, partner performance and competitor information to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with hotel partners in assigned market to grow their business on Expedia Group's marketplace.
• Provide data-informed insights and consultative guidance including revenue management and marketing opportunities.
• Optimize partner content, rates and availability across Expedia Group sites to improve conversion.
• Secure additional rates, availability, seasonal deals, and promotions during peak periods.
• Promote self-service and continuous learning; travel up to 20% for partner visits.
• Use performance metrics and partner feedback to prioritize activity and improve traveler experience.
