Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and ensure adherence to rules of conduct and procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on daily activities.
• Establish performance standards and implement procedural changes when needed.
• Provide premier customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and through the intercom system.
• Run reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, and garage data as requested.
• Participate in training and weekly garage scheduling.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain timely communications with patrons.
• Process monthly and debit payments and manage credit card transactions.
• Utilize parking revenue control system to manage accounts.
